The Evins Team - Matthew Berritt

Matthew Berritt is a Vice President at EVINS and directs the agency’s Lifestyle practice. Matthew is an exceptional marketing and communications professional with nearly 15 years of expertise and experience in the luxury sector, celebrity relations and crisis communications.

As Director of EVINS’ Lifestyle practice, Matthew manages a varied portfolio of accounts. Matthew was formerly Director of Brand Opportunities & Operations at Talent Resources and Executive Director of Social Life Magazine, producing programming and extensive media impressions. Previously, Matthew was a Senior Account Manager at Sitrick & Company and Purple Strategies, where he executed crisis communications for both Halliburton and BP. Matthew has also activated consumer brands via creative programming at Sundance Film Festival, The Hamptons, Malibu, New York Fashion Week, Art Basel and The Super Bowl. Matthew graduated as a Presidential Scholar from The George Washington University with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications.

Jacqueline is the Vice President of the Food, Wine & Spirits division and brings over 15 years’ industry experience to Evins.

Her background is in creating, launching and building brands in the luxury sector of the food & beverage arena. Jacqueline’s entrepreneurial spirit and know-how help to bring the magic of luxury goods to life and her award winning campaigns have increased the visibility of high profile brands and individuals alike.

The Evins Team - Diane Briskin

Ms. Diane Briskin is the President of EVINS, where she oversees the firm’s day-to-day client service operations and provides strategic leadership.

Diane leads the team of 25 publicists and digital strategists who maintain consumer-facing accounts from health and wellness, lifestyle, entertainment, consumer packaged goods, fashion, private aviation, food and beverage, hospitality and travel. Before joining EVINS, Ms. Briskin served as Managing Director of DKC for over 15 years, where she led the agency’s Lifestyle & Hospitality practice and managed a team of 30 publicists. Through the years, she has worked with a roster of clients including Jaguar Land Rover, Belvedere, Delta Air Lines, Princess Cruises, L’Oréal, JCPenney, Luvo, 1Hotels, The Watergate Hotel, Universal Orlando Resort and more. Prior to joining DKC, Ms. Briskin was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing of W Hotels at the time of their launch, and was responsible for all advertising, PR, sales and revenue management for the brand. As one of W Hotels’ first hires, her work was instrumental in developing and implementing one of the most successful launches in the history of the hospitality industry and helped to form what has become known as the signature W style of marketing – a seamless blend of advertising, publicity, experiential and influencer seeding. She graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany, where she earned a Master of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre.

Mathew Evins is the Chairman and Co-Founder of EVINS, which, since its inception in 1987, has received consistent acclaim for its integrated branding, marketing and communications programs for legacy, luxury and prestige brands.

EVINS has made an invaluable contribution to the growth and development of numerous iconic companies’ businesses, and is consistently recognized for its excellence in creativity, strategies and tactics.  Mr. Evins has lectured on luxury and hospitality at the Cornell Hotel School and NYU’s Graduate School of Business, and has contributed to industry publications and business media. Mr. Evins is a founding member of the board of directors and treasurer of the Global Virus Network, and serves on the boards of Luxury Travel Exchange International, ULTRA Luxury Exchange and the International Hotel Investment Forum.  Mr. Evins received a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

The Evins Team - Jaimie Chew

Jaimie's extensive background includes experience in the luxury goods, public relations, marketing and advertising industries.

As Vice President of the Lifestyle and Travel division at EVINS, Jaimie is responsible for overseeing and defining the strategies for a multitude of clients, from luxury resorts and hotels to high-end and specialty retail products. In addition to her business expertise, Jaimie is an active member of the Young Patrons committee for Manhattan Theatre Club.  Jaimie speaks five languages including English, French, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien and is an expert in the global business market.

The Evins Team - Louise Evins

Ms. Louise Evins is President and CEO of Evins, which she joined in 1997.  She directs the firm’s strategy, marketing and development, as well as manages the operations and finance of the business.

Prior to joining EVINS, Ms. Evins established a reputation as an outstanding and innovative specialty retailer, having served as Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager of Henri Bendel where she was the pioneering force behind the development of such brands as Chloe, Claude Montana, Fragments, Karl Lagerfeld, MAC Cosmetics, Trish McEvoy and Wolford. Ms. Evins is a longstanding officer and director of Fashion Group International, as well as a founding board member of the Forbes Executive Women’s Board, amongst others.  She is a graduate of Boston University.

Michael is a creative strategist who brings over 15 years of marketing, advertising, public relations, partnership development and consumer engagement experience to his clients’ most pressing business challenges.

Whether launching a new product, repositioning an existing brand or developing creative concepts to reengage consumer audiences, Michael’s brand-centric approach ensures that each initiative seamlessly moves the brand forward while working to motivate consumer preference. Michael started his career in fashion advertising and in the ensuing years, he’s provided strategic and creative counsel to clients within the fashion, accessories, financial, lifestyle and retail categories.

For nearly a decade, Glenn has brought his creative expertise to Evins as Vice President, as well as a wealth of experiential marketing and communications experience.

In addition to a daily focus on public relations, digital strategies and media outreach for Evins, Glenn still finds time to contribute his writing to a variety of publications. Glenn’s expertise in the beauty and spa industries has been instrumental in creating acclaimed brand initiatives for clients of the agency.

Magda utilizes her business accumen as Director of Client Services, managing client relationships, determining strategies and executing programs for Evins.

With comprehensive understanding and experience of all stages of project management and planning, Magda also oversees personnel and talent acquisition. Her stellar business skills are evident in the relationship that Evins maintains with its clients, strategic partners and employees.

Melissa is the rare example of a professional who has experienced immense success both as a journalist and media relations expert.

A creative thinker who generates top-tier coverage for her clients, Melissa Braverman contributes to media strategy across the agency. Additionally, Melissa’s maintains a successful blog, Single Gal in the City, and has been quoted about dating and relationships in a variety of national media outlets.

David Harrison is a Senior Vice President at EVINS and directs the agency’s Digital Communications & Content Integration practice. David combines expertise in traditional marketing, branding and communications with a focus on digital incorporation and optimization, creating successful and award-winning 360 degree campaigns for clients in the lifestyle, wine and spirits, hospitality and entertainment industries.

David combines a background in journalism with a thorough knowledge of digital and social media resources. David’s development of comprehensive and proprietary monitoring and analytics reporting strategies have proven invaluable in product launches, events and crisis communications. Prior to joining EVINS, David developed brand digital strategies with the boutique agency Lush Life. David graduated from the State University of New York at Purchase with a degree in English Literature.

In her position as director, Jeanette proposes, manages and executes innovative national public relations and marketing campaigns for clients in the food, wine and spirit division.

Jeanette Brown-Green is a communications professional with more than 14 years of public relations, marketing and branding experience representing super-premium spirit brands, sports-related campaigns, lifestyle brands and high-profile personalities. Working with EVINS since mid-2012, Jeannette heads up the marketing strategies for clients in the food, wine and spirits division.

The Evins Team - Rachel Lamb

As the manager of brand and social content at EVINS, Rachel oversees the agency’s luxury marketing content site and all official presentations, documents and reports to ensure proper brand voice, tone and verbiage.

Rachel came to EVINS in late 2012 from a journalism and marketing background, previously holding positions at Luxury Daily and Metro. Her knowledge in luxury, business and technology marketing allows her to oversee all agency deliverables, contribute to other publications on behalf of EVINS clients and consult on new business pitches and presentations. She also represents EVINS at national conferences and summits.

The Evins Team - Drew Tybus

Drew Tybus is a Vice President at EVINS and directs the agency’s Food, Wine & Spirits practice. With experience and expertise in myriad industries, Drew’s established reputation and life’s passion is in food and beverage, wine and spirits. 

Prior to joining EVINS, Drew held the position of Vice President of Brand Marketing at Porter Novelli, where he co-founded and developed the firm’s “Orange Palate” practice, directing, managing and serving as the media relations strategist for multiple accounts, as well as for a variety of iconic chefs. Prior to joining Porter Novelli, Drew founded and built, Tybus PR, a successful consumer public relations firm. Drew received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Robert Schaltenbrand is a Senior Vice President at EVINS and leads the agency’s Lifestyle practice. A passionate, design-led thinker and senior business leader, he has extensive experience delivering transformational consumer programming on behalf of some of the world's largest and fastest-growing brands.

Prior to joining EVINS, Rob served as Director of Marketing & Development at CORE:club. Prior to CORE:, Rob provided strategic counsel, planning and management of consumer campaigns for brands including Samsung, Toyota, Casio, Microsoft and Converse.

The Evins Team - Stephanie Preston

Stephanie Preston is a Senior Director of EVINS’ Travel & Hospitality practice. Stephanie has nearly a decade of experience in leading successful integrated communications campaigns for travel and hospitality, lifestyle and corporate brands.

Throughout her career, she has developed strategic programs that address the unique business needs and maximize communications opportunities for her clients. Prior to joining EVINS, Stephanie served as Vice President at JConnelly, a financial communications agency, where she oversaw the creation of a lifestyle division. She also held the position of Vice President at DKC, one of the largest independent PR firms. Stephanie began her career at Laura Davison PR, a boutique luxury travel and hospitality agency. She is a graduate of Marist College and studied abroad at Scuola Lorenzo de’ Medici in Florence, Italy.
